Gluten Free Menu

We offer a Gluten Free Menu that can be found in our restaurant. The items and modifications on our gluten free menu are to the best of our knowledge gluten free, but not guaranteed. However, Franklin Chop House provides this as a service to our guests and we assume no responsibility for its use and any liability is denied. Our management team and service staff are not trained on the complexities of Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance and cannot be expected to provide advice on this issue. Guests are encouraged to consider the information provided to their own satisfaction and their individual dietary needs and requirements. Please note that all of our menu items from both the main menu and the “gluten-free” menu are cooked on the same grill. We do not have a separate gluten-free grill.
